THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper who has experience working in Xero and/or Quickbooks Online.

In this position, you’ll receive an hourly rate of $20/ hour

We’re looking to have a bookkeeper on for about 15-20 hours a week.

This position allows for you to quickly grow as you increase your experience!

THE LOCATION:

We are based in metro Atlanta, GA. We are seeking to hire someone for immediate-hire virtually. Local candidates are a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weekly bank reconciliation in accounting system

• Check for receipts to apply to applicable transactions for expenses from Hubdoc

• Pay contractor bills in Bill.com

• Ability to setup clients on Gusto with minimal support

• Pay contractors and employees through Gusto

• Ensure accuracy by matching up bank statements to source transactions in accounting platform

• Efficiently close out month-end bookkeeping procedures

• Create and send invoices for clients

• Upload and reconcile payment processor transactions (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, WePay, etc.)

• Reconcile payroll transactions from payroll system

• Assist with hosting on-boarding meetings for new clients on Zoom

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Proven experience in both QuickBooks Online and Xero. At least one year.

• Ability to use Gusto

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to Detail

• Willingness to take a background check

• Ability to navigate payment processor software such as Stripe, PayPal, WePay, etc. and import those transactions to the accounting software
