We are looking for a pivotal position - A bookkeeper to assist with client services! This position offers extreme growth with possible partner-like experiences, freedom to do your work anywhere, and support for your future.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a Quality Control Bookkeeper who has 2+ years experience working in Xero and/or Quickbooks Online.

In this position, you’ll receive performance-based pay. This means you’ll receive a percentage of your assigned clients’ retainer.

We’re looking to have a bookkeeper on for about 10-15 hours on the 1st and 2nd week of every month.

This position allows for you to quickly grow as you increase your experience!

THE LOCATION:

We are based in metro Atlanta, GA. We are seeking to hire someone for immediate-hire virtually. Local candidates are a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the month-end bookkeeping process during the first two weeks of each month

  • Manage the quarter-end bookkeeping process during the first two weeks of the new quarter

  • Review bookkeeper’s financials work to ensure absolute accuracy

  • Format, download and share financial reports to clients

  • Format and edit slide deck for monthly video recordings advisor meetings every month

  • Record and send short video synopsis of financials to clients every month

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proven experience in both QuickBooks Online and Xero

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Sense of autonomy of workload without extensive oversight

  • Ability to use Gusto

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to navigate payment processor software such as Stripe, PayPal, WePay, etc. and import those transactions to the accounting software

  • Willingness to take a background check

  • Possesses ninja bookkeeping skills

  • Has the ability to work on a task at a high level consistently

  • Is empathetic and has a love to serve others

  • Has availability to have a weekly 1-hour team meeting every Tuesday morning at 10 am EST

  • Understands taking ownership of the clients you are assigned

  • Is extremely resourceful and able to research answers

  • Is available to work 10-15 hrs a week

  • Has a computer with high-speed internet
