We are a growing boutique financial service company based in metro Atlanta, Georgia.

Our goal at Lovely Financials Group, LLC. Is to help our clients make and manage their money to fund the lifestyle of their dreams. We do this by creating and maintaining efficient bookkeeping practices. It’s so important to us that our clients get to know their numbers intimately by drilling into the details. Because we all know that the numbers paint a story.

While our clients are out there fulfilling their dreams, we have a passion for helping our clients strategize how to own a business instead of merely owning our job.

We are looking for a pivotal position - A marketing assistant.

 
 
 
 

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

We’re looking to have a marketing assistant for about 10-15 hours a week at $15/hr. This position allows for you to quickly grow as you increase your experience!

THE LOCATION:

We are based in metro Atlanta, GA. We are seeking to hire someone for immediate-hire virtually. Local candidates are a HUGE PLUS but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation:

  • Write and post weekly blogs to website with Squarespace

  • Write and schedule weekly marketing email newsletters

  • Write and schedule internal email newsletters to current clients and team members

  • Organize and Execute marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with clients to write one case study per quarter

Social Media:

  • Create engaging and interactive social media content on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook Monday - Friday every week

  • Create Interactive content and facilitate conversation in FB Group

  • Closely monitor industry news to curate content and share

  • Produce images, videos and graphics provided by direct report

Marketing Administration:

  • Pitch and coordinates media inquiries and opportunities for podcasts, speaking engagements and other publications

  • Create and update marketing collateral such as pdf documents, landing pages, etc.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or creative writing

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or creative writing position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to Detail

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS PREFERRED:

  • Converkit

  • Squarespace

  • Asana

  • CoSchedule

  • Planoly

  • Slack

  • Thrivecart

  • Streak for Gmail

  • G-Suite

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A CANDIDATE THAT:

  • Possesses ninja marketing skills

  • Has the ability to work on a task at a high level consistently

  • Is empathetic and has a love to serve others

  • Has availability to have a weekly 1-hour team meeting every Monday morning at 11 am EST

  • Understands taking ownership of tasks you are assigned

  • Is extremely resourceful and able to research content

  • Is available to work 10-15 hrs a week

  • Has a computer with high-speed internet

My name is Iyanna Vaughn and I’m the founder of Lovely Financials Group. I birthed this business out of a necessity that I witnessed in 2016.

There were so many women crushing it in their online empires and there was a piece missing. They had no idea on how to manage or read their business financials.

I wanted to create a business where talking about money, bookkeeping, and taxes wasn’t frightening.
